ANCHOR CHURCH RESIDENCY PROGRAM

The Anchor Church Residency Program is a leadership development program designed to train and equip the head, heart, and hands of the Church.

Residents of the Anchor Church Residency Program are fully support-raised and are treated as staff during their time in the program. We desire to equip residents with theological training, hands-on ministry experience, and then send them out across the United States and all over the world to be leaders in their homes, churches, and cities.
